Finding your video and watching nearly all of them (I wrote down your recipe as best I could from your very first video). Afterward I searched for you to see if I could find a written recipe and was directed to Cake Dad on Substack. Stay cool and authentic-- glad I found you! --Tina FYI in case you wonder.... I'm just a mom, wife and small business owner (since 1987). I found the rock and love of my life (after two fails) 35 years ago-- I kept telling him he loved me and 2 years later he concurred unconditionally joining me and 3 children-- that was in my native San Diego, CA. We've been in Las Vegas, NV since 1990 and living, giving & getting lotsa love. We have 5 grown children and 4 granddaughters (4 are Gluten and dairy intolerant) and 5 pups between us. We are grateful, healthy and blessed. We still work our business full time and enjoy each other all the time.

I think they have absolutely no idea. It's all run by a marketing agency (Canada's biggest marketing agency!!). I love the idea of getting customers that love dairy and secretly feed them vegan biz. Also, the article has a very US Weekly feel that I am here for for such niche content.
